I worked in Philly's air pollution control agency for a few years. We used to get people with mental health problems complaining about their neighbors injecting chemicals into their apartments and houses. This freaks me out that someone actually DID it

It's actually a symptom of certain mental illnesses. Suspecting the neighbors of poisoning you. And smelling things that no one else can smell
