It's possible to not forgive someone, cut them out of your life, and live happily ever after without any bitterness.

This idea that you need to forgive someone in order for you to heal is bullshit.

I'm speaking from my own personal experience, of course.

I can't agree more, sis🔥 I'm a behavioral health counselor with my own history of abuse & trauma. That Spouter is clueless about the harm that comes from preaching to folks about forgetting everything & letting it go. None of us process trauma, stress & life challenges the same damn way.
