My eyes flew open like clockwork at 8:30 this morning. I was like “No. Oh nooo…” 🤦🏽‍♀️

I feel you! It’s quiet late night at my home and my mind is quieter then too.

Too many years working closing and overnight shifts. My body has acclimated to a changing sleep schedule. Until 6 weeks ago I was asleep by midnight up by 8. Now I'm asleep by 3 am up by 11am. In 3-4 months I'll be back on 12am to 8am sleep schedule.

Ha! Glad to hear. I did think about the fact that folks overseas were probably going about their day. Being productive. Not being up until 4 am. 😩
