I've already seen some business geniuses work themselves into a righteous fury over this. If their employees can work 4 days instead of 5 with no loss of productivity, the argument goes, it just means they're only making 80% effort instead of 100%. The slackers! 🤦 There's no helping some people.

IKR? Seems intuitive, but CEOs don't seem to understand without this trial of the system. When they see it works, most of them go for it.
