See something you think is either broken, not working the way you expect it, or is otherwise wrong (this can be spelling or grammar errors or incorrect information)? Don't complain, submit a bug.

1. Don't attack. Provide details. If you're a techie, add technical information. Browser dev tools provide a lot of useful information. If you're not technical, say 'When I do 'X', I expect 'Y' to happen. Instead, 'Z' happens.'

'The app is broken. I can't make 'X' work. Fix it.' isn't helpful.

2. If applicable, provide a screenshot (or more than one).
You can add text or circles to point out the specific problem areas. Free Windows apps to edit images:

3. Unless @cbouzy provides an alternative method to submit them, feature requests can be submitted here. They can include mockups/wireframes, or not. Just explain what you want. Sometimes, you don't know HOW something should be done, just that SOMETHING could be changed for the better.

4. Remember that this is not YOUR application. While you can make suggestions, the final decisions are made by @cbouzy (or his designees). If the issue prevents you from using the application and they decline to address it, move on. Imagine expecting Microsoft or Google to cater to your opinions.

I have a lot of experience crafting bug reports and feature request over the last decade plus. If you need help, just ask me and I'll do what I can if I am available.
