O. M. G. I started lifting weights again this week. Cardio was working, but I was craving the soreness of lifting. I tried to go easy. I knew it was going to kick my ass. Even lifting the lowest weight possible, I'm UNBELIEVABLY sore. Holy crap what have I done?!

I always overdo the weights. It feels so good at the time but not the next day. My brain just will not make that connection.
