"Earth-like" is probably a a stretch.

A rocky planet of Earth-like size? Sure.

But it's going to be a frozen ice ball that far out from the Sun.

If you read the article, no planet has, in fact, been found

Since I never suggested otherwise, I find your reply as puzzling as it is condescending.

The planet may be hypothetical, but the Kuiper belt's distance from the Sun is not, so I am quite confident that should such a planet be found there, it would be "Earth-like" in only the loosest sense.

Tbh, if you had read the piece, I would have expected your first impression too have been to identify the false headline... which would have shown me that you had read it. And my response would have been appropriately different.

You attributed to me a claim I didn't make (that a planet had been found).

From this false claim, you assumed I hadn't read the article (I didn't, actually, but was already familiar with the story, was responding to the title, and was accurate).

You were condescending.

You doubled down.

Muted.

I made no such claim. I implied you hadn't read the article... and you hadn't, but you doubled down anyway.

You muted me, but still follow me, which is just weird.
