This is no different than shouting FIRE in a crowded theater. These public statements by an "expert" will absolutely cause some people to die. Why is this not a criminal offense?

Thank you, I learned something today.
I do take issue with that explanation using the phrase "speech you dislike". A doctor advising the public to avoid a life-saving vaccine is more than just speech I dislike. I would call it malpractice.

It may be medically inappropriate, malpractice, and a violation of ethical standards people generally believe to exist, but it's still protected, even if we don't like it.
