My workout tips posts don't get too much love, but I'm gonna still post on them. I've had a couple folks hit me in DM's for pointers and that's just fine. There might be someone else out there who gets something from them who's too shy to comment.

I’m very thankfull for all the tips. I broke my wrist 2 months ago and I’m still recovering. I still cannot go to the gym or do any exercising that would strain the wrist, but squats, stair climbing and walking ar good ptips that I can follow

you're very welcome and sorry about the wrist. If you do squsts, they don't have to be the huge competitive things that I do.
