When a corporation commits a felony, how do we put it in prison? I think the answer has to be "take it public." The commercial electric and gas utility where I live is PG&E, a company that has pleaded guilty to 84 counts of involuntary manslaughter.

Maine has the opportunity to take their electric utilities public this fall, not because of felonies, but to save money and to prepare the grid for our all-electric (and green) future. https://www.thenation.com/...

I've tried to contact them. Pg&e has disconnected from the public, you have to write to its Sacramento office.
It has raised its rates 2x in the past to upgrade but blew the money on corporate raises & partying. The feckers.
In response to Jeff Spencer.
