Employers need to occasionally be reminded that employment is an exchange of services for money. They are not benevolent masters who pay us out of the goodness of their hearts. When you take away collective bargaining you take away one of the few tools workers have to negotiate for fair compensation

That’s a crock of chit Tim Scott.The UAW workers on strike are asking for a 40% raise to hear the CEO tell it. BUT it’s actually a 10% raise a year for 4 years.So the Big Three CAN actually still keep with the times in making EV vehicles and still make money and pay their CEOs MILLIONS a year pay.
