I see much of this with my practice. We spend too much time in our heads trying to fix things and forget to ground ourselves which leads to mental health crisis. One of the best ways we can ground ourselves is to place our hand or hands in top of head for 5-10 minutes. This brings you back into y

Agreed!
I ground myself by focusing on what is happening in the near and now!
I keep an eye on the future but it doesn't dominate my current reality.
I learnt a lot from being hit by a tram. I could've died in an instant. It made me realise you need to live in the now, there may not be a future!
