Starting a batch of sauerkraut. Got it all sliced and salted. After sitting for a while I will use my sauerkraut stomper, then put it into the mason jars with the weights and airlocks, with enough brine to cover it. It will ferment for 2-3 weeks and then I will waterbath process it for storage.
