Take all those office buildings nobody will commute to again and renovate them to apartments with 1or2 soundproof rooms for at home offices and you save the vibrancy of the downtown. Less pollution and the extra hours in the day the workers would spend in cars they can enjoy making art or hobbies

Our travel from the west coast to Europe to visit HQ and attend project meetings went from around 10/month to 0 in 2020 and 2021. Traffic where I live was estimated to be at 50% of usual. It was fantastic!
