No Cheese
No Chocolate
No Chips
No Cake
No Cookies
No Cream
No Crackers
Exercise at least 30 minutes continuously, increasing distance from 2 blocks to 2.7 miles.
It's cold. It's raining. I feel like getting under covers and binging TV.

That’s a huge accomplishment and you deserve some downtime. Today was a running day for me and I am going out to eat instead of cooking.
