Texas judge to rule on possible ban of abortion pills NATIONWIDE. Ruling could come as soon as today. To say I’m nervous is an understatement. The war on women continues.

No. Not true. Judge denied motion to advance trial. Not good for the plaintiffs.

Oh wow, do you have a source? I can’t find anything stating this but I could be missing it.

According to this article, the judge refused to set an accelerated trial schedule and the judge denied halting the sales of the medication during the trial. What am I missing?

You're missing nothing. This ruling is not a good sign for the plaintiffs. They can't get a countrywide ban temporarily, which means, the likelihood of their succeeding in their quest is fairly limited. The next step will probably be a motion by the govt to dismiss the law suit.

Ohhh I’m so sorry, I totally misunderstood your original reply!! I still worry because it’s Texas, and it’s a conservative Christian judge but this makes me feel a little better! Thank you for clarifying for me 😊
