Assist with sourcing / funding adaptive equipment
Positioning to maximize rest/ comfort
If Potsy assist with non pharmacological strategies to increase blood volume- compression, fluid/ sodium intake/positioning….
If tolerable breath and interoceptive work to reduce sympathetic activation.

The list can go on and does not need to look like slowly increase activity until you crash. We can do better PT. Perhaps Thai is just evidence that I should really have trained to be an OT ;)

Help identify triggers and limits to prevent over exertion
Problems solve ways to do essential tasks with less energy
Educate re actual rest
Gentle manual therapy to address pain
Pacing to achieve stability and prevent crashing
Advocate for accommodations
