My dumb ass dad let me watch the original Nightmare on Elm Street at 8 ears old. It literally halted a part of my brain it was so goddamn scary. Watching horror movies now are an actual trigger, I get terrified. I saw Halloween H20 in the theater and almost pissed myself like 5 times.

Do you have horror movie regrets or do you love them? I don't like them and wish I'd never watched The Exorcist, or any of them for that matter. 😱

I can watch a lot of scary movies that came out previous to 1984 but I don't make a habit out of it. I love Halloween, Poltergeist, and The Omen, 70s horror (Poltergeist is early 80s) has some real gems, but I'll just take a nice psychological thriller. A few chills and no triggers.
