I hate it when you get that sick feeling in your stomach and anxiety that you cannot ease. Then your mind works overtime so you can't relax and calm your anxiety. Its Sunday here, so I think I will just stay at home until I feel more secure and the anxiety passes.

I hear ya. I've been getting that feeling when I go to bed. Hard to to get any sleep but I'm working thru it.

Sending a virtual hug. I too am struggling with this monster since breast cancer recurrence and emergency surgery after becoming septic. Being on here and interacting socially with all of you is helping with that.

Sending a virtual hug back to you, You are such a strong woman. The fear of the unknown is what causes us to be anxious and sometimes it is hard to calm down. We do get there, until the next thing that triggers our anxiety.
