The finished shoulder. Turned out great — no complaints from the family! Served with whipped potatoes, baked beans and fried green tomatoes, the last from our back-porch garden before colder autumn weather knocked out our plants. #SpoutibleCooks #SpoutibleSmokes #cooking #SmokingMeats
