This year's bean harvest. So great to eat these all winter long. They taste much better than store-bought beans (canned or raw) due to the freshness, & growing them is a good way to rejuvenate garden beds, adding nitrogen. Last year we even replanted kidney beans from the ones we grew.

How do you keep these, Kyle? Are they dried or canned...I'm pretty ignorant as to the whole storage of beans thing

They are dried straight from the pod and put in glass jars. I then cook some in a pressure cooker when I need them for a dish I'm making.

Ha! Although before pressure cooking I soak the beans overnight (barring that you can do it for an hour in boiling water). If I change the water a few times when soaking them it reduces their gassy-ness.
