Home made rhubarb pie filling. The other three pints are being reprocessed, because they were ever so slightly overfilled and rhubarb pie filling on the rim from siphoning kept them from sealing properly.

Three very loud pings later, I have shelf stable rhubarb pie filling. I will of course check the seals before I wash the jars and put them away tomorrow. I could not resist using the one sealed jar to make a 6” pie, so it is in the oven now.
