Donald Trump, if elected president, would REMOVE the US from NATO.

This would effectively surrender all of Europe to Putin's Russia -- undoing America's win in the Cold War.

To be fair, I don't think modern Russia is actually capable of taking Europe, with or without US support- its struggling with just Ukraine. Though Putin might be stupid enough to try.

The main country hurt would be the US, who's influence and credibility as an ally would be utterly destroyed.

Agreed. Although I think the baltics would be the ones most hurt, they would bear the brunt of the early attack. But even a couple of the more capable NATO members could easily take Russia down. Esp as the more modern eqpmt would flow freely and without the restrictions Ukraine has to suffer under

Yes. After Ukraine, I believe Europe combined could win a conventional war with Russia, once France/Germany/UK weighed in (and Poland's military isn't a pushover either).

Of course, it could go nuclear (Britain and France have small nuclear arsenals), and nobody wins that.
