I swear these companies with the "Thank you for continuing to hold. We will connect you with the next available representive as soon as possible" do this just to piss people off. And they wonder why customers are so rude. GEEZUS

Being rude is a choice. If you don’t want to wait, write an email or find another way. Throwing “mad” around is the equivalent of farting in an elevator and frankly, my ass can make a lot of noise, but it don’t mean I have to listen to what it says.
