I have a ten-pound exercise ball, and I want to tighten my core/ lower abdomen. I'm in my sixties so I need to be careful. After week one, my hands and wrists are feeling some pain.

I'm trying. I'm keeping it at 20. I wonder if I want to tape my wrists or just build my wrist strength.
