Republicans are suing to stop President Biden's Student loan forgiveness. Right now, #scotus is hearing arguments. The projected cost is $379 Billion over 10 years.

Fun Fact:
Trump and Republicans helped 13,000 Americans receive a whopping $820,000,000,000 in tax cuts. #StudenLoanForgiveness

Supposed great intellectual Gorsuch comes up with the "it's not fair" argument? You got money, but I didn't? For real?

I still pay over a $1000/yr in auto insurance and have NEVER filed a claim. Why is that fair? That line of thought can go on and on and on and on.

Perhaps a silly question. Would there be any possible standing for states or anyone to sue over the trump tax cuts?
I ask, because justice Gorsuch seems really concerned about fairness and I’m betting this would make him hopping mad!

That’s sarcasm obviously. But I’m hopping mad! 😡

DJT & GOPers' having enacted unsage, inequitable, overyly dear, etc. laws/polies is not a sound basis for Biden & Dems' doing the same.

Too student loans already had forgiveness terms b4 Biden insert3d his .

That's why they hate it so much. It helps folks they don't think deserve the help. If you're not wealthy, they believe you are a "loser" in the game of life. See also theology of Joel Osteen et al.
