Jack Smith’s decision to charge only Trump and list a half dozen co-conspirators may be an indication that this is just the initial indictment and that Smith is going to try and put pressure on the other six to move over to become cooperating witnesses.

TED CRUZ could get indicted. He has ties to John Eastman, a longtime friend and author of key legal memos in Trump’s efforts. John Eastman was indicted in Georgia alongside Trump and 17 others for trying to overturn the 2020 Election.

It’s important to think & remember abt everything: when there was the Tr*mp indictments many others were in addition to those announced publicly and it was also said that Smith was focused first of all on trying to block Tr*mp, then on refining and defining everything well in his investigative work

Another thought: were Cruz to be indicted before the 2024 election, could that potentially put his Senate seat in play (ditto Graham)?

Yes, I too think so, maybe the results of last election would give more space of action and I hope that their seats became to pick again

Perhaps Smith felt it was simpler to indict Trump first instead of indicting them all together. The prospect of Trump running for and potentially being elected president again created a unique ticking clock.

So glad to see this. It'll rock the country for sure, but Trump is not the only person responsible. He couldn't have done this without significant help from others.
