If you are talking about 2-factor authentication, disable it on the device you are logged in, and try the process again.

@cbouzy I put in a ticket several weeks ago to get help with authentication for the app on my phone and iPad but never received a response. I don't receive a code on my authentication app. I deleted and reinstalled the Spoutible app several times but no luck. I have to use the browser version 😔

I've done that several times but will try it again. Thanks! I think there is something wonky on my end with the authentication apps but can't seem to figure it out. I've uninstalled everything and reinstalled but nothing seems to work. I'm sure it's operator error 😀
