As someone who lived in 3 other countries, and one of my relatives was a Tuskegee Airman,
my grandmother said coming to the USA from Haiti was her biggest mistake.

She said all our relatives in France & Canada are way better off than we are.

I met a black elderly lady on a bus in Paris, traveling alone learning transit. she escaped Jim Crow south - the lynchings, rapes, destruction and denials of their homes. her face was so at peace w/ her decision, her children were flourishing & only know love.

I know multiple people who never left Germany after the Army & Air Force.

Quality of life & peace of mind are everything.

I really hope it doesn’t take another 9/11 to bring the country back together.

We need to regulate the internet & make strict punishments for spreading misinformation.
