this is an important point, Becky. often the language we use to discuss race and the hurt that white supremacy causes is couched to soften the blow for the offender rather than putting impact first in how we speak on race.

So far, one is language.
I don't know how everyone personally feels about the term "micro-aggression", but I did have to union rep within the last 2 weeks and substituted "racially abusive language" instead. For the pain one staff member was going through, it was not "micro" anything.
