How TF is any of this legal? It's a violation of the first amendment for the government to censor anyone! What the hell is going on in Maga land? Is nobody challenging this crap in court?

And Republicans close off books & ideas they don’t like.

This isn’t about “pornography.”
It’s an authoritarian power grab to intimidate opposition.
