Kitara to provide responses & instead while they understood that he may not want to incriminate himself, he attempted to commit fraud on the committee & delay its investigation (kinda on brand)

3) Keeping in line with running a Ponzi scheme, I’m not sure how many webs he tried to create, but honestly, he woulda been better off continuing to lose… he prob wouldn’t have gotten caught. So he sets up two dif fraudulent companies.
