What do you do when your honey starts to crystallize? Why, you make sure there is room for the bottle to expand, make sure the lid is on tight, and run it through the dishwasher. Viola! Uncrystallized honey.

That's true, but that might Force some of the polyphenols into the honey, and I try to use the microwave as little as possible.

The purer the honey, the less the sugar crystals. I love it organic and raw.
It's pricey, though 😗
