Part of the problem is that people act like just because the guilt is "obvious" to THEM, the Judiciary should just hustle along. Law MUST take time, especially here, because FP45 can be left no legal avenues for an easy appeal. Patience is a necessity for a solid and impermeable conviction.

The longer it takes the courts to hold Trump accountable for inciting violence against court staff and refusing to respond to a gag order, the more damage it does to the justice system and undermine the public’s belief in justice and the rule of law.

Public safety must be ensured while the necessary patience runs due course.

Others are detained on less threat and the disparity ruins faith in justice - if it really exists.

Terrorism is very dangerous to permit to operate unchecked, and stochastic terror is the MO here just like Al-Awlaki
