As someone who directly benefits from the flexibility of language and definitions.. I don't like this.
"Abuse of the language" is the same kind of attitude of people saying I'm not actually a woman.
Not saying you believe that, but still, something to think about.

Language wasn't delivered to us in a cute little box. We made it.
It has no meaning without us. We adopt slang, stop using certain "real" words.
It's not like an actual thing with set boundaries.
It's just a construct used to convey ideas and feelings.

If most people decide to start using a word and mostly agree on it's meaning.. it's now a "real" word.
The dictionary follows us. Not the other way around

"I don't like this word = It isn't a real word" is a really weird take. People do the same with the Swedish gender neutral pronoun (hen) to discredit nonbinary people, and more.

Bad take from NTropy Seller.
