reproductive autonomy. So I know that a good 'fit' is important.
Increasingly, I have new patients come in with right-wing allegiances. Although I maintain a neutral position in therapy, because it's about their well-being not my opinions, I can tell when they begin to realize I'm failing to pick up

their cues. I'm unfamiliar with the sources they cite, it becomes evident that I didn't see Fox's latest topic, etc. I sense the shift, the lack of safety and trust.
I really struggle with when & how to address the actual elephant in the room. My colleagues are divided on this. And the deepening

Wow, fascinating. thank you for sharing. we laymen experience MAGA perspectives as almost clinically delusional, impervious as it is to linear reasoning & facts. how can you have their trust if they feel you're not in and of their world? if tr*mpism isn't their problem you can't treat it as such?
