The legendary Norman Lear has died aged 101. He produced, wrote or developed more than 100 shows and was best known for 1970s sitcoms All in the Family (based on British comedy Till Death Us Do Part), Maude, Sanford and Son (the US version of Steptoe and Son), The Jeffersons and Good Times. RIP.
