The idea that the only way to protect citizens from the government is to obscure their identities in footage of an insurrection is truly off the deep end. The inference here is that government should be exposed, not "patriots". And this being touted by elected officials is equally unhinged.

That there are people in the United States that feel it is their right to overthrow the government, foment revolution, and make mockery of our Laws is truly a failing of our system. That a group of well-monies individuals can so loudly crowd out the voices of millions, is not free speech.

I so desperately want to have logical and productive conversations about our Democracy with people with opposing views, I think it's what the Founders wanted. But when the path to common ground must be through destroying America, well it's not possible.
