Learn new things every day: started making dinner on my propane stove last night, flame is almost all orange. Kids are googling and telling me I have to take apart and clean the propane lines, I’m thinking fricken lovely. Keep googling, apparently a humidifier can mess with the way propane burns.

Usually just means there's water in the line. Disconnect the gas feed and let it run a few seconds then shut it off. Leave it disconnected a few minutes then reconnect. Clears it up for me.

Left the humidifier off all night and the flame is back to mostly blue this morning. That’s a tough choice, the ability to breath thru my nose this week, or being able to cook on my stove …. Tough choices …
