Unfortunately, that will never work for a social media platform. However, we will introduce our "time-out" feature in 2024. When things get heated with a back-and-forth exchange, one or more people will be put on time-out for x minutes. They would be able to do everything but spout.

I’m not trying to be rude, mean, or offensive . At home, we sometimes use a timer when talking about subjects that are divisive. When the clock stops, the next person opines. Wondering if we could apply something like that here? Where someone ( @cbouzy ) sets a time for disagreements.
