BREAKING: Trump violates DC gag order by calling Bill Barr a "coward" in speech last night, when Barr is a likely witness in the DC federal criminal case against Trump regarding January 6.

Interesting to see if Jack Smith and DOJ raise this issue - and how court decides it.

Is Barr publicly named as a witness? If not, you can bet, nothing will be done. For that matter, even if he has been, I'm doubtful anything will be done about his mouth.

It sure would be nice if these judges would uphold the laws that apply to everyone else. Wouldn't that be a novelty?

The judges afraid to do what's right. They know how politically damaging it would be to cross Trump.

They all must know that, should Der Loser Orange Mangolini get back into office, while the judges on these cases may not necessarily be among the first to go, they’d definitely be on the short list for just being the judge on the case in the first place.

Other than Cannon, this is completely untrue.

That's probably true in most but not all cases. Another reason could be because many judges don't want to be the first to set a precedent on how to handle these high-profile individuals. When I think about it, this is most likely the cause in most cases.
