Brittany's situation is so similar to so many, MANY other women who have miscarriages at home. It's enraging to see the way she's being demonized by the white men in power. She's dealing with the trauma of losing a child, but they're treating her like a monster. They're the real heartless monsters.

It chills my blood ice cold that the hospital workers were the ones who reported her to the cops. HIPAA doesn't mean shit in these handmaids' tale times we're in. She went to them twice before she miscarried & they told her they couldn't help her. Wish she could sue them.

I think HIPAA would be the way to sue, because that's a FEDERAL law. Last I knew, state laws can't overcome that.
