No one tells you part of being a doctor is having to remember 3000 different user names & passwords for all the systems you have to interact with

Honestly the hardest part of my job I just need to make a spreadsheet lol

1. Pick a word from a foreign language like Dutch, Hindi, Flemmish, Swahili or whatever.
2. Learn to spell it backwards, forwards & center-leftward-center-rightward.
3. Divide the English alphabet into 3rds.
4. Assign one spelling method to each 3rd of the alphabet.

5. Use the assigned spelling method corresponding to the 1st letter of the last word of whatever you call the site into which you must sign in.
6. Append or precede the assigned spelling by a sequence of numbers & special characters that is meaningful to you.

You'll then have passwords that don't correspond to English & that are constructed & applied using a coding system known only to you & that you can always tell which one you use for any given login.
