Very interesting, thanks for sharing. I had no idea of the history of abortions, especially the Catholic Church's earlier stance.

I just read The Story of Jane-history of the underground abortion service in Chicago prior to Roe v Wade & learned the Catholic church was not totally against abortion until 1869.
