The power line next to our house suddenly "exploded" and we had to rush out because our house was dangerously close to catching on fire. We made out it safely, and are at our neighbor's house.

The transformer pole across the street from my house caught yrs ago in a snowstorm and thought they came and put it out, the wires across the rd were there for a week bc snow. Scary. Loud and too close!
