I think it's often more about shame than pride & society does a dismal job of allowing people to just be ok w/ being wrong. I hope we can all get better at accepting that sometimes we're wrong & that's ok. We can say sorry, & do better next time. This requires we be gracious to the wrong

This is truth. 🥰 I always say that pride is an emotion that people should release themselves from. In the end, it only hurts you, mentally and physically. I fully believe that being too proud led to my great grandfather’s HBP and subsequent acute MI.

Exactly!
1. It is ok to have a wrong point of view
2. Hearing and accepting the other person’s reality or truth is powerful for both of you

(I am not sure the raisin analogy will be ok with the Canadians)
