It might be easier and faster to just add all cops to the misconduct database, then remove the few that aren't problem cases. But keep a close eye on those, too.

This must explain why trump said the other day that if elected next year he will indemnify every cop in the country. No longer would they face charges for shootings, beatings or anything they do. In other words, he wants to turn them into the Gestapo.

He wants to give them full authority to execute on the spot. He already said in his last term that he wanted to be like the Phillipines and execute drug dealers on the spot.

Kiddie rapists still walk freely however.

My questions are, how good will the database be? How will the feds get data from 'hostile,' pro-states-rights states, or the 'brotherhood' that holds the blue line that in limited times may fire a bad cop, yet still doesn't necessarily want to expose his record to greater society.
