❤️ making my own buns- these are tests 1 & 2 (using diff flour) from first recipe both batches didn’t last 2 days!! Have 2 more recipes to test(minimal ingred. tweaks)- will either 1) use one vs other or 2) use any of the variations cause they all test amazing😍 1st recipe for tests 1-2 below:

Used mix of bread flour & ww pastry flour on 2nd batch… still amazing. Also don’t have mixer (yet), so hand mixed & kneaded. Lot easier then looks-

They are really delicious & like the bd stated in their recipe “far superior to anything you can get at the store!”
