Pie Number 2, just out of the oven and cooling on a rack. Whisky Dark Chocolate Toasted Pecan Pie. The original recipe calls for bourbon, but I like to use Revelstoke, a Canadian pecan-flavored whisky instead.

Who cares what’s for Christmas dinner tomorrow. After dinner is going to be SWEET. 🤗
