Please go for the blood test and visit a medical doctor for a proper medical diagnosis. Everyone's case is different. The result of your test will determine the dosage you need.

But you still need to go for the blood test. You can't keep taking vitamin D forever. The result of your test will determine if you need to reduce the dosage, stop it, or continue it as is.

Thank you! II was actually wondering if there was a general number. I just had my bloodwork done with my GYN and mine is ok 👌🏾! But now I realize that it depends on the person. Thanks again.
